Michelle Ann Cromeenes

Michelle Ann Cromeenes, 41, of Dexter, Maine, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 25, 2024 — a Christmas Day forever etched in the hearts of those who loved her.

Born on April 19, 1983, Michelle was the daughter of the late Harold L. Cromeenes Jr. and Sandra L. Kent. She grew up in central Maine and attended Nokomis Regional High School in Newport.

Michelle loved being a mother, her world revolved around her three children. Her love for them was boundless and unwavering. She had a radiant spirit and an infectious zest for life, always embracing the simple joys — from savoring her favorite Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, to taking long walks in nature, to watching her children play in the snow with pure delight.

Her humor was one of a kind — often described as “extra” in the most endearing way. Michelle had a unique talent for making people laugh, especially by playfully embarrassing her son Nicholas, which left a trail of cherished memories and laughter.

Michelle was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Sandra Cromeenes.

She is survived by her beloved children; Nicholas Tremblay, Kathryn Tremblay, and Stephanie Brooks, her siblings, Jason Cromeenes and April Cromeenes; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will continue to celebrate her life and remember her vibrant soul.

Family and friends are invited to come together to honor Michelle's life and the light she brought to the world at 2:00pm on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Brown & Sproul Funeral Home, 34 High Street, Newport, Maine.
