Jack proudly served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps, fighting bravely during the Vietnam War. His dedication to his country was matched only by his devotion to his family and his passions.
Jack found joy in tending to his gardens, caring for his beloved farm in Madison, and spending time with his dogs. A skilled craftsman, he was a master in heating and plumbing and could design or repair anything with remarkable ingenuity.
He will be remembered for his hard work, unwavering love for his family, and the quiet strength he carried throughout his life. Jack’s memory will continue to inspire all who knew him.
A celebration of Jack’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Smoky Mountain Service Dogs.
