Jessica (Foster) LaBarge

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jessica LaBarge Foster, age 46, who died peacefully at her home surrounded by loved ones on the evening of Wednesday, February 26, 2025. 

She was born on September 15, 1978 in Skowhegan, Maine, The youngest child and only daughter of George Foster Sr. and Donna Lessard.

Jessica was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and daughter. She was known for her warm heart, generosity, and her love for life.

Jessica loved to travel and create lasting memories with her family, but nothing brought her more joy than spoiling her grandchildren. Her family was her world, and she cherished every moment spent with her loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Donna Foster.

Jessica is survived by her father, George Foster Sr. and his wife Judy of Skowhegan; her grandmother Betty Foster, of Skowhegan; her son, Darrin LaBarge and his wife Kayla, and their children Brycen and Josie, of Skowhegan; her daughter, Maranda Holt and her husband Gregory, and their children Brody and Braelynn, also of Skowhegan; her brothers, George Foster and his wife Christy of Canaan, Will Foster and his wife Laurie of Cornville, and David Foster and his wife Kim of Norridgewock; best friend and care taker Cassandra Polley and her husband Roger of Skowhegan whom we are incredibly grateful for; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews, and friends. 

A memorial service to celebrate Jessica’s life will be held at the Skowhegan Eagles club on the 5th of April at 1:00pm where family and friends are invited to gather and remember her vibrant spirit. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to William Foster to help cover funeral expenses.
